Good times were had with this.
Such pretty designs created, and you didn't need to be skilled to do so!
Yet you felt like you were.. and that is the genius of this toy.
I miss you, I want you back.

Luckily this still exists. Just click on the picture.

Me and jackass a sketch had issues.
I very badly wanted to create beautiful images on this.
Yet I always ended up with stupid freaking jagged lines, so I actually hate this toy.
The cheap version has a stick you can draw with and it does not vanish when you shake it.
So screw you etch a sketch!
Just kidding I love you, please work for me.

The link is for the new version.. sorry..
My first computer!
It was a touch screen.
I had fun playing with this, using the papers that had the dot guides.
Then you would rip them.
Or lose the pegs, I always lost the pegs.
Can't recall the light bulb ever burning out.
Believe I got this instead of an Easy Bake Oven...I wanted the Oven.. I still do!
But I do like pretty colours.

Fantastic little toy, that proved to be extremely freaking irritating!
We all eventually figure this thing out...I think...
Though the stickers end up becoming less sticky for some odd reason.
Shut up you totally moved the stickers too!

This in no way shape or form prepared me for driving in the real world!
How were we amused by this toy?
I loved it, I recall playing with it as an older child.
Stupid thing had some log in it that rotated showing the same street continuously.
Yet we were always surprised when the other car showed up.
I think our toys were made of lead.

Who else thinks the people who make the current version of Transformers are basically morons?
Look at the older ones.. the real ones!
They were complicated, not hard but they had lots of moving parts and bendy foldy fun.
I want my old Transformers back dammit!
Seriously, what happened to them?
Mom, I know you gave them away.
I didn't break them all.
I may have broken them all..

So...I manage to sprain my ankle by stepping wrong between the grass and the sidewalk.
I have twisted my ankle by tripping on the sidewalk because the one slab was a little higher than the other.
I am envisioning twisting my ankle.. I have nightmares.
This thing should have killed me.
How did this pogo ball not cause sever damage to us?
Were we just less likely to fall down the stairs after trying to bounce down them?
No...
Less of a chance of us bouncing into each other?
Ha...that was part of using this.
If this were to be a toy for the kids of today, would it be acceptable ?
Would they have it in schools?
My school had these!
We also had the best wood jungle gym ever!
Betcha kids would have to wear a helmet to play on this.
Knee and elbow pads too.

So I was thinking.. lets take some glass balls and flick them on the ground into a hole.
Ya, we can dig a hole! Or look we can use the holes in the road!
Brilliant idea.
Hey, I had fun. I was not bad.. not all the good but I loved collecting things.
Who would have thought this would turn into Pokemon.
I miss marbles.
I lost my marbles.
Yes... yes I did.
